Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped and stems separated
½ cup dry white wine
½ cup shelled pistachio nuts, coarsely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons Parmesan
Directions
Melt the butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Add the garlic and heat on medium heat for about 1 minute or until aromatic.
Stir in the stems and the white wine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the Swiss chard leaves and heat until wilted.
Add pistachio nuts, lemon juice, and Parmesan until evenly coated.
