Ingredients
2 beaten eggs
2 cups of buttermilk
1 cup of bran buds
2 cups of bran flakes
½ a cup of butter
1 ½ cups of sugar
2 ½ tablespoons of baking soda
2 ½ cups of flour
½ tablespoon of salt
Steps
Scale down the ingredients above to fit into a stone wave microwave cooker
Mix the sugar and butter until creamy.
Add flour, salt, soda, buttermilk and eggs.
Put the bran flakes and bran buds in one bowl.
Add 1 cup of boiling water to the bran mixture and let it stand for a few minutes.
Add the rest of the mixture and stir.
Pour the mixture in a stone wave microwave cooker and microwave for 40 seconds.
Turn them and cook for 40 seconds more.
