Ingredients
2 tbsp. of heavy cream
Pinch of salt
4 strawberries
8 chunks of fresh pineapple, 1 inch long
3 ounces of bittersweet chocolate that has been chopped.
½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. of brewed espresso
Steps
Mix the chocolate, cream, salt, vanilla and espresso in a stone wave microwave cooker.
Microwave the mixture on medium, while stirring until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture in a serving bowl and serve with fruit.
